ServiceNow Developer/Architect with Security Clearance

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer/Architect to design, develop, and implement scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions, modules, and applications that meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in complex enterprise environments and possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Solution Development: Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, and applications that align with industry best practices.
• Customization and Enhancement: Customize and enhance ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
• Collaboration and Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow enhancements and integrations.
• Architecture and Integration: Design scalable and sustainable ServiceNow architecture solutions and integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation.
• Scripting and Configuration: Develop and maintain integration scripts and connectors, configure and customize ServiceNow workflows, forms, and UI components.
• Automation and Orchestration: Implement and maintain business rules, client scripts, and UI policies, and drive continuous improvement through the identification and implementation of automation opportunities.
• Documentation and Support: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and integrations, and provide training and support documentation for end-users.

Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Professional Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Architect in a complex enterprise environment.
• Certification(s): ServiceNow certification(s) preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages, experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and collaboration skills.
