ServiceNow Developer Administrator Position

This position is responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow objects to meet the needs of various departments.

The successful candidate will work closely with the DIT Security team to ensure access control and security compliance. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop ServiceNow objects.
• Evaluate and implement new requirements.
• Support SDLC for custom and contract development.
• Provide third-tier support for ServiceNow reported incidents.
• Maintain the ServiceNow instance.

Additional responsibilities include application maintenance, error resolution, incident management, and upgrade recommendations.
