ServiceNow ITSM Module Expert

This role requires an expert in ServiceNow ITSM modules with hands-on experience in developing UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules. Strong focus on integrating and managing ESG-related processes or sustainability reporting within digital platforms is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate should have expertise in ServiceNow Flow Designer, legacy Workflow modules, REST API development, and scripted REST APIs. Proficiency in JavaScript and knowledge of ESG-related processes or sustainability reporting within digital platforms are highly desirable.

We are looking for a candidate who can design and manage custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities are necessary for this position. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and agile environments, are also required.

A strong background in designing and managing custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards is necessary for this role. Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist are a plus.
