Main Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients.

Technical Requirements:

• ServiceNow knowledge, including EC / other modules for marketplace & catalog.
• Proficiency in integrating ServiceNow with Terraform, CDK, JIRA, FinOps, and Asset Management.

Necessary Skills:

• ServiceNow Catalog and Portal Developer.
• Creation of ServiceNow workflows and custom intake forms.
• Development of custom UI / UX over ServiceNow Marketplace for improved user experience.
• Automation and integration expertise, including code integrations with external systems.
• Implementation of APIs and orchestration flows using AWS CDK.
• CMDB configuration and maintenance for tracking infrastructure products and dependencies.
