ServiceNow Configuration Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the configuration, enhancement, and optimization of IT service management processes using the ServiceNow platform. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Request, Change, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.
• Develop custom workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts to meet operational requirements.
• Maintain platform upgrades, patches, and feature deployments in alignment with best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in federal environments and a deep understanding of ITIL-based workflows.

System Integration:

• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party tools and platforms including SharePoint, Power BI, Microsoft Teams, and security systems.
• Build and manage REST/SOAP API connections and data exchange processes.

Documentation & SOP Creation:

• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system documentation for administrators and end-users.
• Support audit readiness and configuration traceability through documentation.

User Support & Training:

• Conduct onboarding sessions and user training for new workflows or enhancements.
• Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with stakeholders as needed.
