Role - ServiceNow IT Operations Management Developer/Lead

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing ITOM solutions using best practices and will be hands-on in developing and customizing various components of ServiceNow. Must Have Experience

• Proven experience in the implementation of ITOM solutions adhering to industry best practices.
• Hands-on development experience, including creation, configuration, and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integration experience with a variety of enterprise monitoring tools and automation of alerts using OOB plugins and API methods.
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Experience in 3rd party software integrations with ServiceNow.
• Ability to design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.
• Knowledge of MID Server management.
• Experience across multiple ServiceNow implementations.
