Infosys is seeking to hire Service Now IRM (GRC) Architect with strong experience on Platform Capabilities. The ServiceNow Architect plays a lead role in the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation programs and drives strategic transformational change of IT Service management solution deployment. Responsible for the architecture and drive implementation/integration of the ServiceNow product and its integration with other systems. Responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, and integrity of the ServiceNow application within the enterprise. Also responsible for ensuring that solutions delivered to business units are engineered in accordance with corporate architecture and infrastructure standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Jersey City, NJ / Hartford, CT / Richardson, TX or willing to relocate. Travel within the US may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of a degree.
• At least 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
• At least 4 years of experience in ServiceNow IRM implementation, with 2 years in an IRM Architect role.
• Experience in ServiceNow IRM design, architecture, and implementations, with understanding of IRM models, plugins, and accelerators.
• Experience configuring IRM portals, policies, risks, audit plans, vendor contracts, operational reports, and integrations, including UCF or use case accelerators.
• Extensive experience with ServiceNow integrations with external systems, and ability to advise clients on best approaches.
• Thorough understanding of ServiceNow GRC product offerings and solution architecture development.
• Good understanding of the interrelationship between ServiceNow IRM and other ServiceNow products like ITSM, ITOM, SecOps.
• Experience with platform capabilities, especially in IRM areas like policy, compliance, risk, and audit management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IRM.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJS.
• Certifications in Risk and Compliance or Vendor Risk Management are a plus.
• Understanding of regulations like GDPR, ISO, etc., is advantageous.
• Experience in solutioning, designing IRM solutions, and configuring portals.
• Ability to analyze client environments and discuss best approaches.
• Experience with entity scoping exercises.
• Hands-on development experience with policies, controls, risk frameworks, audit plans, attestations, and assessments.
• Ability to design and modify forms, workflows, scripts, reports, dashboards, and business rules in ServiceNow.

The role involves working at a computer for extended periods and communicating via phone, email, or face-to-face.
