Salary: $130-145k depending on experience + Benefits & Bonus

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Business Process Consultant to join an expanding team, doing innovative project work in the platform across Government/Federal clients.

What will you be doing:

• Lead processes for ServiceNow projects focused across the Government sector
• Be the face of the business in speaking with clients to solve their pain points
• Lead functional process workshops
• Design bespoke processes that assist the client in overcoming obstacles and achieving project success.
• Gather business requirements to translate them into workable solutions.
• Develop and deliver end-user testing or training, write user stories, draw process flow, write test cases etc
• Support the project while collaborating closely with a team of professionals within the ServiceNow Development team & the ServiceNow Architect

Experience:

• Strong ServiceNow functional background
• 3+ years in ServiceNow experience minimum
• Secret clearance required
• Previous consultancy experience
• ServiceNow certifications desirable - CSA, CAD, CIS etc...
