Product Owner – ServiceNow SPM

Job Title: Product Owner – ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)

Location: Grand Rapids, MI (Hybrid - Onsite Monday to Wednesday, Remote Thursday and Friday)

We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with 2 to 5 years of expertise in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) to join one of our clients. The ideal candidate will drive the enhancement and delivery of ServiceNow SPM solutions that align with business goals and collaborate closely with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and prioritize the product backlog, refine user stories and acceptance criteria
• Enhance Demand, Resource, Enterprise Agile Platform (EAP), and Waterfall modules
• Manage ongoing improvements to dashboards and reporting
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of SPM features, from ideation through deployment
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of processes and systems
• Manage testing plans for bi-annual upgrades, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, developers, and Scrum Masters to translate requirements into actionable deliverables
• Conduct product demonstrations and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Provide subject matter expertise on ServiceNow SPM modules, including configuration, workflows, and customizations
• Lead testing efforts and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices

Required Experience:

• 2 to 5 years working on ServiceNow platform focused on Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
• Strong knowledge of portfolio management, demand management, and resource management modules
• Experience in Agile/SAFe environments and Agile frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban

Preferred Certifications:

• Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
• Certified Implementation Specialist – SPM
• Agile certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Owner, SAFe Agilist, or Kanban System Design
