• Strong understanding of ServiceNow's latest releases, features, and known issues. Must stay updated with platform advancements.
• Align with best practices and drive towards innovative solutions. Possess a niche understanding of ITIL processes and ability to relate stakeholder requirements effectively.
• Create and maintain detailed Business Blueprints, including process descriptions and requirements documentation.
• Good understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Familiarity with SAFe practices.
