As a ServiceNow Lead Developer, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our ServiceNow platform. You will work closely with the Product Owner to develop processes and standards for application development, code migration, and environment management. ">

Key Responsibilities: ">

  • Develop and implement custom applications based on customer requirements.
  • Provide Level 3 production support by troubleshooting issues and designing solutions.
  • Contribute to prioritization and estimation of work for daily planning. ">

Requirements: ">

  • Minimum 5 years of JavaScript development experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
  • ServiceNow Administrator Certificate, ServiceNow Developer Certification, ITIL Foundation Level Certification.
  • Expertise in Web technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML, HTML, Angular JS).
  • Experience implementing and maintaining a CMDB.
  • Strong technical documentation skills.
  • Strong communication skills with a collaborative approach.
  • Attention to detail and strong ownership of work.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying complex problems, reviewing information to develop and evaluate options, then implementing solutions.
  • Must have experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations and have developed custom applications.
