The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM). As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions that meet the complex needs of our customers.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement customized ServiceNow solutions that integrate with third-party systems and internal applications.
  • Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and FSM for enterprise-level deployments.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
  • Proven expertise in implementing and managing ServiceNow modules in enterprise environments.
  • Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Web Services.
