The successful candidate will possess exceptional skills in ServiceNow development, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM). Main Responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized ServiceNow solutions that integrate with third-party systems and internal applications.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM and FSM for enterprise-level deployments.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Proven expertise in implementing and managing ServiceNow modules in enterprise environments.
- Strong background in integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST, SOAP, and Web Services.
