Senior ServiceNow Developer - Software Applications

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Lead ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a Lead ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for leading design, development, testing and operational teams on the ServiceNow platform.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver high-quality software applications using ServiceNow's out-of-the-box (OOTB) modules and custom applications. Additionally, you will coach and mentor junior members on the team and serve as a technical expert in ServiceNow development and integration areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, testing and operational teams on the ServiceNow platform
• Develop and test ServiceNow Applications using OOTB modules
• Coach and mentor junior members on the team
• Serve as a technical expert in ServiceNow development and Integration areas
• Work within Agile project teams, continuously releasing application software
• Ensure the timely and high-quality release of modules in ServiceNow
• Provide customer support and platform operations

Skills and Qualifications

• 4 years development experience with JavaScript, Python and Java
• Experience developing solutions in AWS cloud
• Experience with database development (Oracle/MySQL/Sybase)
• Experience developing web service integrations (SOAP / RESTful)
