Senior ServiceNow Developer - Solutions Architect

As a seasoned ServiceNow Developer, you will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and supporting scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

We're seeking an expert with strong software engineering skills to drive innovation and excellence in IT service management.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Develop scoped applications and platform solutions in ServiceNow
• Troubleshoot issues and provide escalation support
• Build and maintain integrations via APIs, MID servers, REST, and SSH
• Ensure alignment with ITIL/ITSM standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience with JavaScript, Python, Go, or similar programming languages
• Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, etc.)
• At least 7 years of ServiceNow development experience
• Thorough knowledge of ITIL/ITSM principles and API integration concepts
• Familiarity with infrastructure components (Linux, networks, cloud, etc.)
• ServiceNow Admin and App Developer certification
