We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist for ServiceNow to join our team supporting a complex technical support initiative for a large Federal agency.

Candidates who are passionate about contributing to government innovation and can collaborate effectively with fellow team members are encouraged to apply.

This role involves designing and developing custom ServiceNow solutions using Angular.JS, JavaScript, SQL, and other technologies, configuring and deploying ServiceNow applications, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Additionally, this role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize requirements, develop technical solutions, and deliver high-quality results on time.

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience and 3+ years of ServiceNow development experience are necessary.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow design, development, and deployment, as well as expertise in Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
