Senior ServiceNow Developer - Business Process Automation

What We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly experienced Mid-Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will take the lead in identifying, refining, organizing, documenting, and implementing workflow automation for business processes.
This individual will work closely with customers and subject matter experts to develop and/or re-engineer processes. The successful candidate will also provide application support for the configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow Platform and applications, including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and HR Service Delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take the lead in identifying, refining, organizing, documenting, and implementing workflow automation for business processes.
- Work closely with customers and subject matter experts to develop and/or re-engineer processes.
- Provide application support for the configuration, customization, and administration of the ServiceNow Platform and applications.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge in ITIL and Service Management processes.
- Strong interpersonal and team orientation skills in working with various levels of technical and business-oriented individuals.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years progressively responsible experience in operations, business management, technology strategy, project management, analysis, and planning or policy development.
