Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot ServiceNow platform-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with development teams to implement long-term resolutions.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential concerns.
- Support change management and release processes within the ServiceNow platform.
- Maintain foundational data sources, including Users, Configuration Items (CIs), Locations, etc.
- Develop and document standard operating procedures and create knowledge articles for internal use.
- Assist in system audits and ensure compliance with governance standards.
- Provide technical support for large-scale ServiceNow implementations.
