IT Security Consultant for ServiceNow Implementations

A talented IT Security Consultant is needed to implement ServiceNow solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of implementing ServiceNow's SecOps features.

This role requires strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to oversee complex technical projects from start to finish. You will work closely with our Engagement Lead, Solution Architect, and team of Developers to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a professional environment, including 3+ years of experience delivering ServiceNow implementations and integrations with an emphasis on SecOps. They should also possess knowledge and experience running a Security program on ServiceNow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support pre-sales activities such as demonstrations, project scoping, lead proof of concepts and assist with preparing SOWs.
• Advise clients on leveraging ServiceNow to support their enterprise Security program.
• Lead project implementation & oversee architectural design.
• Facilitate project introduction, kick-off meetings & weekly client status meetings.
• Provide guidance to developers on ServiceNow final quality assurance reviews.
• Design and deliver end user training.
