ServiceNow ITOM Developer
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow administration, development, and IT operations, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.
About the Role This individual will be responsible for the overall support, maintenance, and development of ServiceNow instances, including managing and monitoring health, ensuring availability, planning and installing patches/updates as required, and creating support cases. They will also serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, workflows, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities/Requirements:
- ServiceNow Instances Administration, Support, and Development: Manage and monitor health, ensure availability, plan and install patches/updates as required, and create support cases.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, workflows, and best practices.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
- Lead ServiceNow-related projects, ensuring timely delivery, proper documentation, and adherence to project timelines.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation of ServiceNow configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Develop and support chatbot and mobile interface.
- Configure ServiceNow modules - CMDB, Asset Management.
- Enable auto-discovery of IT assets, and experience with service mapping.
- Enable integrations with IT systems - Azure (ITOM), Intune, etc.
- Develop Service Catalogs and workflows.
- Enable AI capabilities (agentic, etc.).
- Enhance/customize out-of-the-box modules - Incident/Request/Change/Problem.
- Create reports and support end-users within the ServiceNow platform.
- Recommend improvements where ServiceNow can benefit the organization.
- Collaborate with IT peers to drive automation and improve existing support processes.
- Experience with IT monitoring capabilities - monitoring and logging tool (PRTG).
- Proficient in Windows administration - Active Directory and PowerShell scripting.
