ServiceNow Enterprise Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead our team in delivering innovative solutions to our clients. As a key member of our enterprise architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the highest standards of quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall solution design and ensure implementations adhere to ServiceNow platform best practices
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to development best practices and platform standards
• Provide strategic technical guidance for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements
• Act as a subject matter expert for both clients and the internal ServiceNow development team

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform in medium to large enterprise settings
• 7+ years of experience in application development with strong familiarity with SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, SecOps, HAM, and SAM
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and open-source technologies
• Deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow module implementation and integration
• Solid understanding of networking and infrastructure best practices
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in team environments while offering technical leadership and mentorship
