The Servicenow Solutions Architect will play a critical role in aligning the company's servicenow platform with its business processes, stakeholders, and strategic objectives. This will involve leading the technical architecture, development, and governance of the servicenow platform, partnering with key leaders to establish governance, design, development, and support practices for continuous delivery of value, defining governance models and best practices to maintain high standards for data quality, security, compliance, and performance, and implementing and optimizing solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, and other modules. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science or computer engineering and 7+ years of experience with developing servicenow solutions across platform applications, architecting, designing, and implementing servicenow systems, solutions, and tools across the platform, and requirements management and agile development practices.
