We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a ServiceNow Customer Service Management Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our customers' ServiceNow implementations. Main Objectives:
- Lead client workshops and lab exercises to deliver technical architecture designs and support process improvement initiatives.
- Design and configure ServiceNow Customer Service Management and Field Service solutions that align with client programs, leveraging your expertise to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Collaborate with clients to implement their ServiceNow CSM solutions, providing technical guidance to developers on configuration and ensuring seamless integration.
- Develop and deliver training plans to empower clients across all functional departments, fostering knowledge sharing and adoption. Key Requirements:
- Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
- At least 3 years of experience in a professional environment, with a strong background in ServiceNow implementation and leadership roles.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
