We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow professional with deep expertise in Platform Analytics and Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). The ideal candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions that align IT initiatives with business strategies, ensuring data-driven decision-making and enhanced portfolio visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM): Implement and manage ServiceNow SPM modules to align projects with business objectives, ensuring optimal resource allocation and project prioritization.

• Platform Analytics: Leverage ServiceNow's analytics capabilities to create dashboards and visualizations, providing insights into project performance and strategic alignment.

• Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate across various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, and CSM, to deliver cohesive solutions that support enterprise-wide digital transformation.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solutions that drive business value.

• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
