ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer - Scalable Solutions

About the Role

The Enterprise Functions Technology group provides technology solutions and support for various business lines. This includes Risk, Audit, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Corporate Properties, and Stakeholder Relations. Additionally, the group offers unique technology solutions and innovation for enterprise-level challenges.

In this role, you will focus on development of ServiceNow SPM utilizing best practices and technical standards. You will partner with Technical Governance, Platform Architecture, and ServiceNow Platform Developers to ensure alignment with scalable enterprise solutions. This includes implementing solutions, configuring and customizing scripting, leading conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement solutions by configuring and customizing scripting for all components of the ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) product
• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within technical domain environments
• Contribute to large-scale planning of strategies
• Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs associated with technology domain, including upgrades and deployments

Requirements

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
• 3+ years of ServiceNow experience in building, implementing, and maintaining platform technologies, workflows, and integrations
• 1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) module

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of RESTful or SOAP web services
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• One or more of the following ServiceNow certifications: Certified Systems Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist, or Certified Application Developer
