We're seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional who excels in designing and implementing efficient workflows, streamlining business processes, and driving user adoption. As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise in ServiceNow development, UX design, and process engineering to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing and developing user-centric workflows on the ServiceNow platform.
- Partnering with business and technical teams to identify and implement low-code applications.
- Establishing feedback loops with end-users to refine solutions and encourage broad adoption.
- Providing ongoing training, knowledge sharing, and support to empower users.
- Staying ahead of ServiceNow releases and solutions, applying ITIL/ITSM standards, and championing quality first approaches.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- 8+ years of delivering IT solutions aligned to business needs.
- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- 3+ years specializing in ServiceNow UX design.
- Expertise in ITIL/ITSM, IAM standards, and full ITSM Pro capabilities.
- Strong experience with white-glove and low-code process engineering.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow automations and integrations.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (Required).
- Additional certifications (IT Service Management, Certified Application Developer) are highly preferred.
