In this exciting role as a Configuration and Customization Specialist - ServiceNow, you will work on configuring and customizing the ServiceNow system to meet the specific needs of our clients.

As a skilled professional with experience in workflow creation, service request building, and scripting tools, you will collaborate with IT managers to generate views and reports as needed and perform system and integration testing with sample and live data.

Your primary responsibility will be to monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of the application and utilize software development and design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow system
• Create workflows and build service requests
• Develop scripts to automate tasks

Requirements:

• Experience with JavaScript
