ServiceNow Platform Engineer

About the Role:

This hybrid role combines technical design, configuration, and limited custom development of ServiceNow solutions.

As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will lead the technical design and configuration of ServiceNow solutions, including ITSM, CMDB, HAM/SAM, and workflow automation features.

You will integrate Workday HR data with ServiceNow to support automated provisioning workflows, incorporating human review gates.

This role requires strong proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, Flow Designer, and CMDB design.
