ServiceNow Developer/Technical Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer/Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and deliver high-quality training materials to support client adoption.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions.
• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its features.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
