Your expertise in ServiceNow will enable you to configure and deploy complex solutions, leveraging your knowledge of Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) and App Engine. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and deploy ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) or App Engine.
• Design and implement scalable solutions that drive efficiency and automation.
• Develop and configure Playbooks to streamline workflows.
