This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior-level consultant to join our team as a Senior ServiceNow Consultant. You will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, working closely with clients to understand their business needs, and developing and configuring Playbooks to streamline workflows.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) or App Engine.
• Collaborate with clients to identify business needs and design solutions that drive efficiency and automation.
• Develop and configure Playbooks to optimize workflows.
• Provide technical guidance and support to ensure successful project delivery.
