Senior ServiceNow Engineer

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions that align with our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in ServiceNow, with expertise in platform architecture, ITSM development, and workflow automation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions that drive operational improvements and contribute to corporate sustainability and social responsibility goals.

This role requires strong technical skills, including proficiency in JavaScript, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Experience with Flow Designer and legacy Workflow modules is highly desirable.

A strong background in designing and managing custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards is also essential. Additionally, relevant ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain complex ServiceNow applications
• Automate routine tasks and enhance user experience through scripting and workflow automation
• Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST APIs and scripted REST APIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop tailored solutions

Requirements:

• 6-10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules
• Experience with Flow Designer and legacy Workflow modules
• Strong background in designing and managing custom Workspaces and performance analytics dashboards
• Relevant ServiceNow certifications such as CSA and CAD or Implementation Specialist
