Job Description

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer to design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions for ITSM and FSO environments. Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Architecture & Development
• Design and develop customized ServiceNow solutions.
• Create scalable digital workflows that enhance operational performance.
• Custom Scripting & Process Automation
• Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules.
• Utilize Flow Designer and legacy Workflow modules to automate complex processes.
• Integration & API Management
• Build robust integrations connecting ServiceNow with external applications.
• Configure custom Workspaces that aggregate insights through performance analytics.
• FSO-Specific Developments
• Implement and optimize financial services operations modules.
• Customize dashboards and analytic reports to provide financial operations with real-time performance monitoring.
• Collaboration & Best Practices
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Document changes, adhere to coding standards, and mentor junior team members.
