ServiceNow Technical Expert Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Expert to lead the implementation of our IT service management solution. The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and extensive experience in developing and implementing complex ITSM solutions. Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing comprehensive ITSM solutions.
- Designing and deploying ServiceNow scripts, including Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.
- Managing Service Portal and widget creation.
- Designing and developing REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation.
- Expertise in Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates and Mid Server.
- Leading custom applications development and LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementation projects.
- Maintaining expertise in Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementation.
