ServiceNow ITOM Solution Architect

• *Role Summary:** We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITOM Developer/Lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ITOM solutions using industry best practices and hands-on development skills to create, configure and customize patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors and Event rules.

• *Key Responsibilities:
• Implement ITOM solutions using industry best practices
• Develop and customize patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors and Event rules
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods
• Experience in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt. and Orchestration use cases
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs and more
• MID Server management experience
• *Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience in ITOM solution implementation
• Hands-on development skills to create, configure and customize patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors and Event rules
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM modules and integration with enterprise monitoring tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
