Experienced Architect Needed for ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery About the Role:
This is a contract position for a ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery Architect. We are seeking an experienced architect to design and implement ServiceNow solutions for legal service delivery. Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow solutions for legal request and matter management.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications for legal process automation.
- Develop portal and ESC development skills.
- Implement legal matter templates and configure knowledge base for legal service delivery.
- Design and modify ServiceNow Service Portal.
- Monitor health, usage, and compliance of ServiceNow systems. Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant development experience with ServiceNow.
- At least 4+ years in a role of ServiceNow Technical Architect.
- 2+ years of experience in working in Legal Service Delivery.
- Certification as ServiceNow System certified administration.
- At least 2 main line certifications.
- Legal Service Delivery – Accreditation is a must.
- ITIL Foundations certification is preferred. Benefits:
