ServiceNow Platform Expert

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Public Sector Digital Services (PSDS), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), and related ServiceNow modules. Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery while meeting client expectations.
• Work with Cloud architect and serve as the primary technical resource responsible for the ServiceNow platform's architecture, design, and integration.
• Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, including platform governance, security, and compliance. Qualifications
• ServiceNow Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in a ServiceNow Architect role across various modules especially CSM, ITSM, and PSDS.
• Proven experience in leading full life cycle ServiceNow implementations.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal, Automated Testing Framework, and Flow Designer within ServiceNow.
