About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned ServiceNow ITOM Architect to join our team and contribute to the design and implementation of complex IT solutions within the ServiceNow platform. ">

Responsibilities:

• Design and Implement Solutions: Develop architectural solutions within the ServiceNow platform that meet business needs and technical requirements. Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the solutions.
• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, developers, and other IT professionals to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage Technical Risk: Identify potential risks and issues related to the ServiceNow architecture, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
• Document and Communicate: Create and maintain detailed documentation of architectural designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans. Ensure that documentation is accurate and up-to-date. Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its modules, scripting, and configurations.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with diverse groups of professionals.
• Experience: Minimum of 12-16 years of experience in ServiceNow development, system architecture, or a related technical role.
