We are seeking a highly experienced Solutions Architect with a strong background in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing complex IT service management systems, including ServiceNow CMDB and CSDM.

This role requires strong leadership and technical skills, with the ability to develop and implement a strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and management of CMDB/CSDM.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy for the implementation and management of CMDB/CSDM, ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data within the CMDB/CSDM, leading and mentoring a team of CMDB managers and administrators, and collaborating with IT and business stakeholders to align CMDB/CSDM with organizational needs.
