ITOM Developer/Lead - Remote Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ITOM developer/lead to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions using industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement ITOM solutions using ServiceNow's platform.
• Configure and customize patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Integrate ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools, automation of alerts, application management tools using OOB plugins and API methods.
• Implement ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, and Orchestration use cases.
• Design and modify ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in ITOM development.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITOM modules.
• Strong understanding of industry best practices for ITOM implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Middle server management experience.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
