Position Overview
We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with deep expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM)—(ITOM with a particular focus on Service Mapping, Discovery, and Agentic workflows)
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record of delivering at least four full-cycle implementations and have strong experience with third-party integrations and custom automation development. This is a client-facing role that requires both technical depth and consulting excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute the design, configuration, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, and ITOM.
Work directly with clients to gather business requirements, design scalable workflows, and implement tailored ServiceNow solutions.
Build and optimize solutions using NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, and Employee Center (Standard or Pro).
Configure Incident, Change, and Knowledge Management modules based on ITIL best practices.
Deliver and support Cloud Cost Management strategies within ServiceNow.
Develop and deploy Agentic AI workflows and other Gen AI-based automations.
Migrate clients from legacy systems into ServiceNow, ensuring data integrity and system optimization.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms and tools using IntegrationHub, APIs, or custom-built integrations.
Troubleshoot, resolve, and document platform issues and bugs post-implementation.
Create clear and comprehensive technical documentation, process flows, and training materials.
Collaborate with developers, architects, and business stakeholders across multiple ongoing projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with successful implementations across:
TSM: Incident, Change, Knowledge Management, NOW Assist, Virtual Agent, Employee Center
ITAM and/or ITOM: CMDB, Asset Lifecycle, Service Mapping, Discovery, Cloud Cost Optimization
Minimum of four (4) full-cycle ServiceNow implementations completed.
Strong consulting skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
ServiceNow certifications in ITSM, ITAM, or ITOM highly preferred.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Proficiency with ServiceNow Mobile App configuration and NOW Assist integration.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable in client-facing roles.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work model with multiple concurrent project deliverables.
Has completed at least 4 end to end ServiceNow implementations
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in a consulting environment or as part of a ServiceNow partner delivery team.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and building custom scoped applications.
Familiarity with public cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
