ServiceNow Developer

• *ServiceNow Developer Position** About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing continuous improvement projects of our existing ServiceNow implementation for an enterprise. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for adapting to client needs and implementing the ServiceNow roadmap.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment and effectively communicate requirements from external stakeholders. Your expertise will be crucial in building upon our existing ServiceNow foundation. Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop ServiceNow custom applications using declarative app engine
• Provide expert configuration of ServiceNow through systems development lifecycle
• Provide unit testing of implementation
• Support development in Agile framework
• Support requirements discussions with internal and external stakeholders and third-party contributors
• Provide subject matter expertise for ServiceNow for the enterprise Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow hands-on experience. May consider additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Must have hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules
• Familiarity with organizational change management
• Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts Desired Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
