ServiceNow Expert

A Sr. ServiceNow Developer is needed to work on ServiceNow continuous improvement projects, supporting the existing ServiceNow implementation for an enterprise.

The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing client needs and implement the ServiceNow roadmap.

This role involves collaboration with a diverse team in a matrix environment, requiring effective communication skills to obtain and synthesize requirements from external stakeholders. Main Tasks

• Developing custom ServiceNow applications using declarative app engine
• Configuring ServiceNow through systems development lifecycle
• Unit testing implementation
• Supporting Agile development framework
• Maintaining requirements discussions with stakeholders and contributors
• Providing ServiceNow subject matter expertise for the enterprise Minimum Requirements
• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow experience (or equivalent years of experience in lieu of a degree)
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules
• Familiarity with organizational change management
• Ability to support multiple projects at once
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum principles
• ITIL concepts knowledge
