- *ServiceNow Lead Developer - Field Service Expertise**
To excel in this role, you will need 10+ years of experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on FSM, as well as extensive knowledge of ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management.
A successful candidate will be able to integrate and optimize field service workflows, possess a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, and have hands-on experience integrating FSM with ERP, CRM, IoT, and other platforms.
- Expertise in ServiceNow FSM, ITSM, CSM, and Asset Management is essential.
- Strong understanding of field service workflows, scheduling, inventory management, and resource allocation is required.
In addition, we are looking for individuals with experience working in Agile development environments and leading ServiceNow projects. Preferred qualifications include experience with IoT integrations in FSM for asset monitoring and predictive maintenance, as well as knowledge of ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) and Performance Analytics for FSM measurement.
