This position offers a chance to work on multiple ServiceNow implementations, leveraging industry best practices.

• The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with the implementation of ITOM solutions using patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors, and Event rules.
• Development responsibilities include creating, configuring, and customizing these elements, as well as integrating ServiceNow ITOM modules with various enterprise monitoring tools.
• We are looking for a professional who can automate alerts, application management tools, and integrate 3rd party software with ServiceNow.
• Key skills include design and modification of ServiceNow forms, workflows, scripts, transform maps, service maps, web services, inbound email actions, SLAs, and more.
