We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team. As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading the technical planning and requirements gathering phases for projects, including estimate, develop, test, manage, architect, and deliver. About the Role
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Provide technical support or leadership in the development and continual improvement of service
- Serve as a technical lead and mentor
The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of ServiceNow implementation, ITIL framework, CMDB, CSDM, and experience in configuring ITOM Discovery and Service mapping. A minimum of 7 years of ServiceNow development experience is required.
This position offers a competitive salary range of $73,008 to $170,640, as well as benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
