Developer & Implementer of ITOM Solutions

ServiceNow Developer/Lead:

This position requires a skilled developer to design and implement ITOM solutions, integrate ServiceNow modules with enterprise monitoring tools, and provide technical leadership for the team. Key responsibilities include creating, configuring and customizing patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors and Event rules, as well as integrating 3rd party software with ServiceNow.

Technical Expertise:

• Design and implementation of ITOM solutions.
• Creation, configuration and customization of patterns, Discovery Schedules, probes, sensors and Event rules.
• Integration of ServiceNow ITOM modules with enterprise monitoring tools.
