We are seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow configuration to join our team at Saxon-Global. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ServiceNow solutions in the healthcare industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Gathering and documenting requirements from clients and business stakeholders.
• Developing and implementing ServiceNow configurations that meet the needs of the healthcare industry.
• Ensuring seamless integration of ServiceNow with other systems and applications. Requirements:
• 3+ years' experience with ServiceNow configuration.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow development and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications:
• Healthcare industry experience.
