Senior ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Technology Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, with a focus on Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) or App Engine.

You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs, design, and delivery scalable ServiceNow solutions that drive efficiency and automation. Your expertise in developing and configuring Playbooks will enable you to streamline and optimize workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, delivering business-facing solutions.
• Strong focus on Customer Workflows (CSM/PSDS) or App Engine.
• Experience configuring and deploying Playbooks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate with colleagues and executives alike.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
