Solution Architect Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design, implementation and optimization of ServiceNow solutions across our enterprise.

The successful candidate will be a technical expert with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.

As a Solution Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Architecting, designing and implementing scalable and maintainable ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules.
• Installing, configuring and testing new applications and features in a sandbox/dev environment.
• Exploring ServiceNow's latest capabilities, releases and technologies to improve the platform and advise on best practices.

Key Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow HAM Pro and SAM Pro modules.
• Knowledge of software licensing models (Microsoft, Oracle, Adobe etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
