We are seeking a skilled Sr. ServiceNow Developer to support ongoing continuous improvement projects of our existing ServiceNow implementation.

The successful candidate will be able to adapt to client needs, supporting the implementation of our ServiceNow roadmap.

Primary Responsibilities:

• ServiceNow custom application development using declarative app engine.
• Expert configuration of ServiceNow through systems development lifecycle.
• Unit testing of implementation.
• Agile framework development support.
• Stakeholder requirements discussions and communication.
• Subject matter expertise for ServiceNow.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of ServiceNow hands-on experience.
• Hands-on ServiceNow development experience across multiple modules.
• Familiarity with organizational change management.
• Able to support multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts.
• Knowledge of ITIL concepts.

Desired Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.
• ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
